Cork County Senior T&F Champs, Thu 03-Jul-2014, CIT

The Cork County Senior T&F Championships 2014 take place at the CIT Track on Thursday, July 3rd. The closing date for entries is June 30th. Please text or email your entries to the Competition Secretary.

  • Track & Field Events may be brought forward by 30 minutes
  • Check In at the Start line, or at the Field Event Area, Collect competition numbers at the office (red brick building adjacent to the track).
  • Guests are welcome to participate but must be registered members of AAI
  • Senior athletes are those born in, or before, 1998 (Under 17 & older!)
  • Proof of AAI Registration may be Requested
  • Women 3000m / Men 5000m

4th John Buckley Sports Graded T&F Meeting 2014

The fourth John Buckley Sports T&F Meeting of 2014 kicks off at the CIT Track on Friday, June 27th, at 7.30pm. This is a programme of six graded meetings for Athletes male and female over 16 years on the day of competition; full details are available on the Cork AAI website. These graded meetings are open to athletes of all levels of ability.

Entry is €5 on the night and you can try as many events as you like. This evening’s menu includes a 3000m (7½ laps of the track) test for middle distance runners, while the 4x400m Relays should see teams clock up some very impressive mile times. Track events will, if necessary, be divided into separate races to ensure they are suitable for all standards.

National Inter Club T&F League, Round 2, 22-Jun-2014


Athone I.T. is the venue for Round 2 of the National Inter Club T&F League, which takes place on Sunday the 22nd of June next. Interested athletes should contact the Mens’ Team captain as soon as possible.

3rd John Buckley Sports Graded T&F Meeting 2014
