An off-road tempo run led out by Dan Kennedy. Three by 2 mile repeats with 2 minute recoveries, through frosted forest paths, up and down the rolling hills of Farran Woods. Once completed, we progressed to the important matter of the day, the recovery tea and treats, as served on a park bench. The temperatures plunged, the spirits soared, thank you Dan, thank you all who attended.
